Returns & Exchanges Policy

Merry and Joy Christmas Co is committed to providing an excellent customer service experience.  This statement explains how Merry and Joy Christmas Co handles returns and exchanges.

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products and services offered by Merry and Joy Christmas Co.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit note, or exchange.

The following items are non-returnable/not eligible for a store credit or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishable items (such as food)

By using our services, you agree to our returns and exchange policy outlined below.

This policy includes:

  • Change of Mind
  • Faulty Goods
  • Damaged Goods

Change of mind

It’s ok to change your mind after you received something. 

Just reach out to us within 7 days to arrange a return by post and we’ll offer you a store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable/ not included in store credit notes.

Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition for a change of mind return to be accepted.

The purchaser of goods/customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to Merry and Joy Christmas Co.

A credit note will only be issued after goods have arrived back to Merry and Joy Christmas Co.

NOTE: Items on Sale are not eligible for a Change-of-mind store credit.

Faulty goods

We carefully inspect every item in our warehouse prior to listing on our website. We ensure all items appear in a good, saleable condition. 

Occasionally, some items can’t be checked without damaging the integrity of the item. In this case, the items are checked to the best of our ability, without compromising their condition.

Contact us within 7 days if you receive a faulty item. We’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement or store credit note.

Good must be in an unused state to be eligible.

We may ask you to provide evidence such as a photo, video or even arrange to return the item at no cost to you.

Damaged goods

We take utmost care to package every item safely for transit.  Unfortunately, sometimes items may break during shipping.

Should the unexpected occur, and your item arrives damaged, you must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We may ask you to provide evidence such as a photo, video or even arrange to return the item at no cost to you.

We will support you by lodging a claim and work with you on either a replacement, exchange or store credit note.

If, however, you don’t contact us within this 7-day timeframe, we’ll be unable to assist you.
