- Add taller items to the centre of the tray first, and shorter items as you work your way out

Remember to rotate your tray as you go

- If your tier tray is going in the center of a table, remember to look at it from all angles, all sides, and from different heights.

- When decorating, it’s no suprise to hear our eyes love things grouped in odd numbers.
- Think groups of 3, 5, or 7.
- Grouping objects in odd numbers draws in our eyes, and helps things look balanced and fresh.
